How I work

Pre-diagnosis

Before the workshop, I conduct individual interviews with each management team member. I understand their visions, concerns and expectations. I detect friction points and opportunities for consensus.

Strategic session

Intensive 1-2 day workshop. We work on the digital vision, identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and design the roadmap. Practical dynamics, not endless PowerPoints.

Action plan

We consolidate everything worked on into an executive document with the strategy, priorities, roadmap, responsible parties and KPIs. A real plan that can be executed the next day.

Follow-up

Monthly follow-up sessions to review progress, resolve blockers and maintain focus. Transformation isn't achieved in two days, it needs accompaniment.
